I am a local female Personal Trainer based in St. Albans. My mission is to help you, by making exercise a fun & exciting habit. I’m very focused & will prepare a programme that guides you through coaching sessions with me, but also motivates you for those additional workout days where you train on your own.

ABOUT ME
JessICA Chattrabhuti
I'm a Mum of 2 boys and a Personal Trainer based in St Albans, Herts.
From a young age I’ve always been active, I enjoyed horse riding, gymnastics and being part of a women’s football team.
I started going to the gym regularly as a teenager, attending cycle classes and other group exercise sessions. I can never go long without exercise! Even on holiday I will always have enough gym clothes with me to sneak out for workouts every morning :)

While I worked in an office for 10 years in the big world of shipping, I always hoped to be able to follow my passion for exercise as a career. I qualified as a Level 2 Gym Instructor back in 2014 and added the Level 3 Ante & Post Natal, a year later.
After I had my first son I finally left the shipping world, I qualified in indoor cycling and started teaching spin classes. These have become an absolute passion of mine!
I teach HIIT, Circuit and All Over Body Workout classes at various gyms in Hertfordshire. I’m also qualified as a Boxercise Instructor, enabling me to bring these skills into our workout sessions.
I know how hard it can be to find the time and energy for a workout, especially when you have a family and/or a busy day job. So this is where I come in, I’ll give you that extra motivation you need in your fitness journey, to follow your path to a healthier you!
