I started Bootcamp with Jess last year and now look forward to my Sunday mornings in the park every week. She’s really motivating and fun, works us hard but also really appreciates our individual issues and limitations. She also focuses on how we feel ie stronger and happier and doesn’t obsess with weight and food like other PTs I’ve had.

Jess' Boxercise class on Thursday evenings is one of the highlights of my week. It is such a fun session - Jess always keeps it interesting with a great mix of boxing practice and cardio. Jess gives modifications and adapts each set depending on individual needs and fitness levels. I cannot recommend enough!!

Love doing Jess’ bootcamp in the park and the circuits session on zoom. Started during lockdown, and never looked back! Jess and the classes have made me love exercise, and feel fitter, stronger, healthier & happier! Lovely group of ladies, good chat, and never the same workout twice which keeps it enjoyable, always great motivation & positivity from

I've been working out with Jess for almost five months. She puts up with me twice a week and it's my absolute best and worst time of the week. She works me so much harder than I could ever work myself. The workouts are varied and fun and she pushes me. I'm so much fitter than I was (the goal was fit for 40...) and happier. Looking forward to many more workouts - even the burpees

Highly recommend Jess for personal 1-2-1 sessions. Every session was well planned. Jess works you hard but also makes it fun and varied. She helped me develop strength in my weaker areas and get motivated again. Thanks so much Jess!

This woman has changed my world. 12 months on, 3.5 stone lighter, stronger and more positive physically and mentally. I’m an addict to her HITT classes. I love Jess’ motivation, positivity and quirky Christmas dressing up outfits over zoom. Thank you my body is eternally grateful. Can’t wait for the next challenge.

I highly recommend Jess. I've been doing PT with her for the past month or so and in such a short space of time I've seen such an improvement in my fitness. Every workout is different, she's so organised and pushes me to do better (but will quickly amend exercises if appropriate). She's also such a lovely person and a great person to workout with. It's hard but I feel amazing afterwards and really enjoy the sessions... Not a feeling I've always had with PTs in the past. Try her out, I promise you will not be disappointed.

I just started Jess’s boot camp and have done her spin classes in the past. I have followed Jess through her journey of wanting to become a PT/ fitness instructor. She is incredibly passionate about working out and fitness! During lockdown my fitness level and strength have dipped. Doing her boot camp has been great for me as she is so friendly, the workouts are challenging and she is definitely helping me get the technique rectified! I would fully recommend training with Jess!

Jess is a wonderful instructor . All her classes are clear , challenging and varied . Jess is highly motivating and I’m really enjoying her classes . I’ve been to Jess’s classes at the gym but currently very grateful for her great online interval classes , the best start to the day !

Excellent personalised workouts. Jess spends a lot of time making sure you're pushed without risk of injury. Fun workouts that you feel afterwards. Would highly recommend Jess for post natal fitness.
